The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. HM200 Filter has a true medical High Efficiency Particulate Arresting (HEPA) filter encased with a carbon/zeolite blend delivering exceptional capacity to absorb particles, odors and gases. HEPA filters remove 99.97 percent of all particles down to 0.3 microns in size. The zeolite mineral along with the activated carbon absorbs gas molecules such as formaldehyde, ammonia, carbon monoxide and other gases. The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. Filter is recommend for customers that require the best overall protection for indoor air contamination.
