The Berkey Light is lightweight and easily moved around, making this an ideal for use during travel, outdoor activities and during unexpected emergencies. This water purifier can be purchased with 2 or 4 Black Berkey purification elements or Ceramic Filters. It has 2 chambers (upper and lower) and a base. The upper chamber houses the Black Berkey elements, the most advance water filtering technology available. The Berkey Light come with  an LED base that beautifully eliminates the system.

What's The Difference Between The Black Berkey Filters And The Ceramic Filters?

With incredible water cleaning capacity at the heart of the powerful berkey light system, treated water and untreated raw water is cleaned pure from many sources including remote lakes, streams and stagnant ponds. When traveling to foreign countries, where the only available water is substandard, this unit makes it safe to drink. It is ideal for outdoor activities and essential in hostile environments with no running water or electricity.

The Berkey Light has a LED in the base that lights up the system creating a beautiful pale blue glow.The housing is shatter resistant and virtually unbreakable. Berkey Light filter system is constructed with high impact strength non-BPA copolyester. This plastic has no unhealthy, dangerous Bisphenol A.

The Berkey Light filter system does not emit plasticizers that can create foul tasting water nor will there be foul tastes and odors from waterborne contaminants. The gentle dripping for the top[ chamber is a delightful and relaxing sound.

The innovative Berkey Light self-sterilizing and re-cleanable purification elements purify water from organic and inorganic particulates. These include the entire removal of cysts, pathogenic bacteria and parasites. Additionally extracting are dangerous and harmful chemicals such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), herbicides, radon 222, pesticides, organic solvents and trihalomethanes. They also reduce nitrites and nitrates along with unhealthy minerals such as lead and mercury.

What's The Difference Between The Black Berkey Filters And The Ceramic Filters?

Each rugid filter will last up to 3000 gallons (6000 gallons per set of 2). At 10 gallons per week, this is equivalent to 600 weeks or, 11.5 years of clean water! With assembly done within a few minutes, Berkey Light water filters don't require tools, electricity, water pressure, or plumbing. They are simple to operate, understand, easy to clean, and maintain.

Warranty

The manufacturer, New Millennium Concepts, Ltd., warrants this Berkey Light product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Black Berkey purification elements have a two-year prorated warranty calculated in six moths intervals. New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. will replace or repair any product that it deems is not properly functioning during the stated warranty period.
